Well, this is my first official blog post! Yay! I’ll start off by telling you all a little bit about myself.. my name is Danielle Carey, and I’m in my final year of the Bachelor of Education Program (Pre K-5). I can see the light! I love traveling, spending time with friends and family, music, and just being outdoors with nature doing anything that involves adventure. I have to admit, I rarely find myself on the computer checking out what’s new on Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. I’m more of a face to face kind of person. Don’t get me wrong though, I think the internet is absolutely amazing — we can communicate with people from across the world with the click of a button! I just feel like a Grandma in the sense that I have no idea what I’m doing. I’m taking an ECMP355 class (the reason why I made this blog) and I feel like it is going to change my life. I’ll go from Grandma to Guru.. hopefully. I will take everything that I learn into my own classroom one day and will be a better educator because of it
